| X-Camp Echo is about designing the best experience for users. Whether customers, employees, patients, fans, citizens, members, (you get the idea) it’s about removing friction, and creating surprise and delighting wherever possible. This half-day conference will bring you tools, methods, contacts, and practices to help elevate you and your organization’s product and service design and delivery.
We will kick things off with a keynote from our Chief Experience Officer Albert Jame talking about why organizations should Lead with Design. We follow this with two workshops done in parallel, one focusing on customer journey maps and one focused on service blueprints.
