XCamp Echo
XCamp Echo is a half-day introduction to the energy and ideas that define our annual experience design conference, crafted for leaders eager to rethink how they approach innovation and problem-solving. Featuring a keynote on “Leading with Design” and a hands-on Customer Journey Mapping workshop, this focused event equips attendees with tools and strategies to improve customer experiences and streamline design processes. Beyond the sessions, XCamp Echo offers an intimate, collaborative environment to connect with peers and industry experts—helping attendees uncover new approaches to transform platforms, services, and experiences.
