Professionals already in a field wanting to advance their career and current professionals who want to add a different skill set to their career; organizations trying to increase their capacity and the competencies of their current workforce.

What is the format of the event?

The event is centered on a feedback and discussion session, giving industry attendees the opportunity to share their perspectives on existing skills gaps in Manitoba and explore how RRC Polytech – as Manitoba’s only polytechnic – can develop targeted, rapid training solutions to address these needs.

Following the event attendees will have the opportunity to network with peers, industry leaders and education partners.
